# RentaLease > RentaLease (rentalease.in) is a free, zero-brokerage rent map for Delhi NCR, live in Gurgaon (Gurugram) today. Current tenants drop anonymous pins with the rent they actually pay, so anyone can see real neighbourhood rents instead of broker-quoted prices. People can also post "Need Flatmate" pins and room/PG listings and contact each other directly. No signup, no login, no app download, no broker, no fees. ## The problem it solves Rent listings in Indian cities are mostly posted or quoted by brokers, and the asking rent is often inflated to cover a commission (typically one month's rent). A renter moving to Gurgaon has no reliable way to know what people in a given sector or society really pay for a 1BHK or 2BHK. Existing platforms (NoBroker, 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com) show asking prices from listings, not what sitting tenants pay, and usually require an account. RentaLease closes that gap with crowd-sourced, anonymous rent data from real tenants, shown on a map, free for everyone. ## Who it is for - **Renters and people relocating to Gurgaon/Delhi NCR**: check what a flat in a specific sector, society or locality really costs before negotiating with a landlord or broker. - **Current tenants**: share your rent anonymously in about 60 seconds to help others and to see whether you are overpaying compared with neighbours. - **People looking for a flatmate**: drop a "Need Flatmate" pin with BHK, rent share and a short note, and people nearby reach out directly. - **Flat and flatmate seekers**: browse flatmate, room and PG pins near your office and contact the poster directly, with no broker. - **Working professionals**: use the commute view to find rents within about 2 km of your office. ## What you can do on the site - **Rent map**: an interactive map of Gurgaon with pins for tenant-reported rents, flatmate requests, rooms and PGs. - **Drop a pin**: pick a spot on the map and enter BHK (1RK, Studio, 1BHK, 2BHK, 3BHK, 4+BHK), monthly rent, furnishing (furnished, semi-furnished, unfurnished) and optional details such as society name, maintenance, security deposit, electricity rate per unit and a short note. - **Filters**: filter by BHK, furnishing, rent range and how recent the pin is. - **Rent trends**: average rent by Gurgaon sub-area and by BHK type, calculated from live pins. - **Live stats**: average rent by BHK and furnishing, highest rents, and the number of people online. - **Commute calculator**: enter your office location to highlight pins within roughly 2 km. - **Community signals**: rate pins 1 to 5 stars, comment, share to WhatsApp, and report fake pins. Pins with repeated reports are hidden automatically. - **Notify me**: save preferred sectors, room type and budget, and get an email when a matching pin appears. - **Rewards**: while a campaign is live, first-time contributors who add a pin can spin a reward wheel and receive small cash rewards to their UPI ID. - **Installable**: works as a PWA on Android and iOS home screens. ## Privacy and trust - Anonymous by default. Pins show only rent, BHK, furnishing and approximate location. Your IP address, phone and email are never shown on the map. - Phone and email are collected only for flatmate and listing pins. They are used to connect people and to block duplicate or fake pins, and they are never sold. - Anti-spam limits: 1 rent pin and 1 flatmate pin per phone number, and up to 4 room/PG listings.
